Workers Rights

  1. You can refuse to cross a picket line without discipline by your employer.
  2. You can refuse to work under unsafe working conditions.
  3. You have the right to confidentially report unsafe working conditions to the O.S.H.A. authorities or to your business representative.
  4. You have the right to confidentially report any violations of Federal Laws, such as Davis Bacon to the U.S. Department of Labor.
  5. You have the right to and your employer must honor any contractual terms covering wages, fringe benefits, and working conditions.
